Monica Packer is hosting this intensive workshop to help guide women towards rediscovering who they really are and better moving towards to who they want to become. With Monica and guest teachers Meg Miles (@momstrongutah) and Jamie Cook (@wander_and_scout), participants will overcome what is holding them back from embracing their true selves in all things PROGRESS, STRENGTH, and MOTHERHOOD.
Forget being packed in like sardines at a speaking event! This is a real WORKshop where a moderate group of attendees will be equipped with instruction and tools that guide to more in-depth learning and real, actionable takeaways. We are committed to creating an intimate environment where women can truly connect with each other, with the material, and with their inner selves. You will be expected to participate at a higher level, and as a result our goal is to promote exponential growth in those three areas.

Whether or not you are the stereotypical overachieving or the more-common underachieving perfectionist, the biggest obstacle to better discovering and embracing your unique gifts is YOU.
In this 3 hour class, Monica will teach what perfectionism really is, why it’s not a worthy trait, what damaging effects it’s taking, and how to overcome them so you can progress in building a life that is messier, yes, but a whole lot more fulfilling. You’ll leave with solid takeaways and steps you’re going to take to start growing and moving forward to a better “you!”

“Developing Inner Strength” by Meg Miles
Are you struggling to have the mental/emotional/physical strength you need to meet the demands of your day-to-day life? Meg Miles will be teaching you how to strengthen your inner self and shift towards a growth mindset so you can better show up for the biggest priorities in your life.
As a registered nurse and certified trainer, Meg knows that mindset is everything. She has spent years learning how to shift how we view ourselves, and has experienced first-hand and with her clients just how much a resilient mindset shifts everything.
What does this kind of inner strength look like? With Meg, you will learn how It is based off of reentering yourself in what matters to YOU (not your mom or social media:), rediscovering and making time for what truly restores you and strengthens you, and challenging your thoughts by showing yourself that you can be BOTH strong and imperfect at the same time. “Bringing You Back Into Motherhood” by Jamie Cook
Who you are as a woman CAN be who you are as a mother, too.
It’s very easy to get lost into mothering the way you are “supposed” to. But, this often leads to lack of fulfillment, confusion, and being out-of-touch with how your uniqueness can bless your family. You don’t have to parent the same way as everyone else to be a “good” mom. In fact, your kids need YOU as their mom–and that includes the natural gifts and interests you can bring to the table like nobody else.
Jamie Cook will teach how you can improve your experience with motherhood by bringing in more of what YOU are attracted to as a human. Shifting your family’s hobbies, traditions, and even day-to-day routines to reflect the strengths and gifts you naturally have will improve everyone’s quality of life in the whole family. It needs to start with “Mom.” So, get ready to leave behind who you were trying to be, and instead embrace the mom you are meant to become.
