You actually CAN change! Let’s create a plan to help you move forward with this month’s theme, “New Year, New YOU.”

The first printable is this month’s Progress Plan about how you want to change the most this coming year and why.
The second is a Do Something Bucket List page. Write alllll those ideas down and tape them up somewhere so you can track them throughout 2019.
The final is an image you can save on your phone and share on Social Media and/or put as a wallpaper on your phone to remind yourself of what you want to work on this month. If you share it on Social, be sure to tag @aboutprogress and feel free to also share a blank version (or send friends the link to this page) and tag others who could do the same exercise! It is my hope that we can take what we learn this month from the podcast to make REAL changes in our lives.
