Yes, you can make changes to your Do Something List!
If you’ve been here for a little while you know that my Do Something List is something that changed my life. I talk about how to create your list often, but today want to share how to revisit it and make any necessary changes. Because remember, your list serves your personal growth and is not meant to be a challenging list of unattainable goals.
In this episode I’m sharing how my lists have evolved over six years and if I’ve ever “finished” a list. Then I physically go through my list, so you can do this along with me, and I ask myself certain questions to make sure that the list still best aligns with me. Through this process you can ensure that your Do Something List still supports your best self, as you and your seasons change.
