The two ways I meditate almost every day.
Wait! Before you think this episode is not for you, let me explain the simple “how” (and why) I meditate almost every single day. If you’ve been part of this community for even a short while, you’ve likely seen me share my daily walk or hike. In this episode I’m diving into that special part of my daily routine, so you can see how to simply start a meditative walk for yourself.
This practice has allowed me to process some really difficult things, and just give me clear time and space to think. With the chaos of external influence and business of our responsibilities, taking the time to yourself in some introspective way can be truly beneficial.
