I have learned an unexpected amount over the past year as a coach, from my training and my students. The most recent surprise was abut using a mantra, something that I thought wouldn’t come easily to me with my fast-paced brain. But, in reflecting on my life’s experiences I can identify a steady mantra.
In the past my mantra came about organically, and I clung to it. Now, I see the benefit of setting an intentional mantra to help reset your mind when you’re facing behaviors that don’t align with your values. Tune in as I use questions to guide you toward setting your own mantra to navigate the feelings and obstacles in your way.
