How to learn from failure and grow into who you want to be.
Thank you for being a part of the About Progress community! I have a small favor to ask of you. Would you take this 30-second survey so that I can better understand this audience’s demographics? It means so much to me that you show up here and allow me to produce this meaningful work! xo Monica
Here’s something you maybe didn’t expect to hear around here: failure is not an option. No, really, we will all fail! But, you shouldn’t let that be the reason not to TRY. In most cases, the worst thing that can happen is that a lesson is learned and you find yourself able to grow. The thing is, progress is messy, so let’s just jump on in!
In this episode I’m getting personal, sharing several stinging examples of failure in my own life. I challenge you to do the same – think of your own failures, and if you’re like me it’s not even that hard to come up with a few! Then get to work. I will teach you how to figure out what you can learn from failure.
Does this sound scary? That’s normal! Fear is fear no matter what, and our brains are wired to protect us (more on that in the episode!). I’m giving you 3 ways to push pass fear, so you can dig deep and grow into who you really want to be. One of them I learned back in January, here.
